10 - 8 - 2016: Work on the Ishani Inflatable Plane Continues...

10 - 8 - 2016
Today I created two more drawings of the inflatable Ishani plane, and the design phase of the project is coming along very nicely.

The first of today's drawings shows Ishani from a back top-side perspective, This drawing mainly is to show the design of her 5-blade propeller assembly.  Again the drawing is in full color, with careful attention given to the color details portrayed on a 10" plush of her for reference on the inflatable.

I have also notated the seam positioning on the drawing with darkened lines, as well as included a description of the air valves to be used.

The second drawing for today is a actually notated as 'Sketch #4' this is because #3, which is not done yet will be another color drawing and because #4 is the first of the line schematics of Ishani, I figured I would number it as #4:
This drawing is done from a front top-side perspective, and shows internal / hidden parts of the plane in view with dashed lines (-  -  -)  The parts of the plane that would by visible in the view are notated with a solid, continuous line.  Also I have notated the intended air valve locations on the drawing as well, with the main body valve being on the underside in back.  The wing air valves being placed on the underside of the back part of the wings; positioned midway between the body and wingtips. Finally the valve on the propeller would be located in the center of the 'Cone' part of the propeller assembly - which is a smaller, standard pool toy valve, instead of the large type pinch valve used on the other 3 air chambers

Now I have finished half of the three-dimensional perspective drawings and the others will be done soon, in addition, I still need to do the orthographic drawings, but those should be easier as they are two dimensional views.
