Started new inflatable toy project to be made by Hongyi Toy Manufacturing, a custom inflatable manufacturing company in Guangzhou, China; The item is a 2 meter version of Ishani; from Disney Planes. The inflatable Ishani will have a total of 4 air chambers, consisting of her main fuselage (1), wings (2);(3) and propeller (4) The material used will be 0.4 mm (16 ga.) PVC with a glossy finish with full UV printed details. Although she will be a large pool toy size - and will perhaps serve well for this also - She will be a mostly kept indoors, however I would likely sometime enjoy riding her in a swimming pool. She will not have handles attached to her body, unlike standard production pool toys.

Over the last year, I have bought 4 inflatable items from Hongyi Toy Manufacturing, with two prior custom designed toys. Each time I have been very happy with the end product. Although the prices are rather high, the end product is very high quality. I have also developed a close business relationship with my Hongyi contact, Erin Chen. Hongyi Toy Manufacturing uses double seam technology, with the double seams being heat-sealed by hand and with the utmost care for every item that they produce. They also utilize some of the best quality materials on the market, which they source directly from the plastic producers. They also have put quite a decent amount of effort and investment into their printing machines, At the top of their printing technology is their UV printer. UV printing, although moderately more expensive than normal printing, is much higher quality.
